Mental Health

The Green Button Campaign

Hey everyone!

First of all, so sorry it’s been a while since my last post. My mental health has taken a bit of a dip recently plus I’ve been super busy at work.

However, I’m back and with an exciting new project!

If you didn’t already know, Mental Health Awareness Week is on 14th – 20th May 2018 and as part of this, I’ve been asked to join The Green Button Campaign.

The Green Button Campaign was set up by the lovely Chaz to help break the stigma around mental health.

During #MentalHealthWeek, I’ll be posting a different blog post every day on a variety of different topics. There will be personal stories from me as well as interviews with other bloggers.

I’m super excited to get started and hopefully help to not only break the stigma but learn more about other mental health conditions.

We’re still looking for other bloggers to get involved so please get in touch if you want more information about the campaign and I’ll be happy to answer any questions!

See you soon!

Emily x

Hi Emily. I really like the sound of this new campaign and as a blogger on mental health myself, like to share my story with others and try and spread the word that by sharing our stories we can encourage a better atmosphere for mental illness and let people feel no shame in sharing how they feel, whether it’s anxiety, depression or any other mental illness.

I would love to get some more information on this campaign and take part if you are looking for more bloggers, so please do feel free to send me some more information. Best Wishes, Peter xx
